Moxie Wellness Center LLC ("we" or "us") operates a mobile messaging program ("Program") under these terms and conditions ("Mobile Messaging Terms"). Participation in the Program and the handling of your personal information are governed by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our general terms of use.

Program Overview

The Program allows us to send both promotional and transactional mobile messages. Promotional messages may include product updates, special offers, marketing promotions, and exclusive VIP deals. These messages may be sent using automated technology, such as autodialers or automated systems. Message frequency varies but will not exceed five messages per month. While we do not charge for participation, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Opting In

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring messages from us, even if your number is on state or federal "Do Not Call" lists. You confirm the number you provide is valid and owned by you or that you are an authorized user.
